Everything exceeded my expectations at Riad Atlas Palace. The warm welcome from Leila, Khadija, and Sharifa instantly. The ambiance of the Riad is enchanting, with hand-painted decor and cleanliness strikingly maintained. Daily room upkeep included fresh towels. I found the breakfast good, especially the gluten-free hot pancakes, and the variety of options kept my mornings exciting. Abdullah's assistance with getting a SIM card was a lifesaver . I enjoyed a nice trip to Ouarzazate with Hossam as my driver, who not only showcased the beauty of the area but made the journey enjoyable. An added bonus was the really good service from Yassine, who efficiently handled my luggage. Said was reassuringly available late at night. One minor downside was the pool area. While it looks inviting, it is smaller and shallower than it appears in the photos. Nevertheless, it was still refreshing to cool off in it after exploring the busy Medina. Riad Atlas Palace shines with its excellent service, beautiful setting.

Beautiful rooftop area with fine views. The spa services were top notch. Breakfast was delicious, with local dishes.
Room felt a bit small for two. Lacking natural light from outside windows.

Right when we stepped in, it seemed like home. Welcomed with warm Moroccan tea, and everythin' was super clean! The beds were comfy as a cloud, and it was just a short stroll to the souks. Gotta mention how the staff went outta their way to make my birthday special! Whatcha can't beat is their kindness.

The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful, with fine views. I also enjoyed a fantastic massage session in the spa. The location was quiet but just minutes from the main attractions.

The room is significantly smaller than advertised, cramping the comfort level for two. The noise from the courtyard can be bothersome at night for rooms on the first floor, which disrupts tranquility. Plus, the pool is smaller and shallower than anticipated, which might not meet some guests' expectations.

Couples won't regret it
The staff were really friendly, always around like a family, even had tea and cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, watching the sun rise while enjoying local dishes, what a start to the day!
It wasn't exactly a low-cost stay, but you get what you pay for, and it was worth it.
